Reservations, Payments, and Access Instructions
acropolisticket.com acts solely as an intermediary in the booking of activities and tickets. The necessary reservation data shared with the provider includes the first name, last name, and email address of the person on whose behalf the reservation is made. Registration on acropolisticket.com is not required to make a reservation.
To purchase your tickets on acropolisticket.com, follow this simple purchasing process:
- Make the payment using credit or debit cards through the payment gateway provided by Stripe.
- Once the payment is completed, you will receive your tickets by email in PDF format. These tickets will include a unique identifier, which may be the reservation locator or a QR code issued by acropolisticket.com. The delivery time for tickets may vary depending on the time of day and current demand.
- Ensure that you do not duplicate the reservation. If you have made the purchase and have not received the confirmation email, contact us promptly via chat or by sending an email to Infoacropolis@ticketgotourism.com. All reservation requests will be processed, so if you send a request again, we will assume you wish to book additional tickets and will manage them accordingly.
Ticket Purchase Limitations and Prohibitions
To prevent unfair practices in ticket purchases for each event, there may be limitations on the maximum number of tickets a user can acquire, as well as restrictions on credit cards and other conditions which will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. These limitations will be verified in each transaction and, in events where they apply, users will be duly informed.
The resale of tickets will be considered a violation of our terms and conditions. acropolisticket.com reserves the right to take appropriate legal action if any ticket resale activity is detected.
Billing
The price charged by acropolisticket.com includes both the cost of the ticket and the cost of the intermediary and reservation management service. If a user wishes to receive an invoice with a breakdown, they can request it by email, providing the locator number and the corresponding billing information.
Right of Withdrawal
As detailed in European consumer protection legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply when the service has been fully or partially performed if the consumer has given their prior and explicit consent and acknowledges that they will lose their right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully executed by the seller, that is, at the time of purchase. Additionally, the right of withdrawal does not apply when a specific date or period for the provision of the service has been provided.
Returns
In the event that tickets are unavailable, acropolisticket.com will offer the customer the option to modify their reservation. If a suitable date cannot be found, a refund will be processed, if applicable.
More specifically, refund and cancellation requests will be subject to the specific policies of the service or product provider. Each product may have particular terms governing the refund, modification, or cancellation process, and such refunds can only be processed once the corresponding funds have been received from the provider.
Responsibility for Ticket Use
Once the tickets have been delivered to the customer via the email provided during the purchase process, the responsibility for their use rests solely with the customer. The customer must ensure they receive, download, and use the tickets in accordance with the provided instructions.
If the customer does not receive the tickets within 24 hours, or encounters any issues with them, they should inform acropolisticket.com as soon as possible by sending an email to Infoacropolis@ticketgotourism.com.
acropolisticket.com is not responsible for the loss, theft, damage, or misuse of tickets once delivered. If the customer does not use the purchased tickets for any reason, acropolisticket.com will not be liable and no refund or exchange will be offered. It is the customer's responsibility to manage the use of the tickets appropriately.
